In the afternoon of April 8th, University of Education – the University of Danang (UE – UD) celebrated the announcement ceremony of reaching the standard of educational quality.
Attending the ceremony, there were Prof. Bui Van Ga - Vice Minister of MOET, Assoc. Prof. Nguyen Quy Thanh - Director of the Center for Education Accreditation (Vietnam National University, Hanoi), Prof. Tran Van Nam – President of UD, leaders of member universities of UD and cadres, lecturers, students of UE.

Rector of UE presented about the process of preparation and implement the assessment
Overcoming the process and quality accreditation principle according to the standards MOET and being tested by a Vietnamese independent testing organization, UE – UD has been certificated the standard quality university
Assoc. Prof. Nguyen Bao Hoang Thanh said that: “the Educational Quality Accreditation at UE –UD is confirmed as one of important steps to improve as well as affirm the training quality towards society; simultaneously it is also responsibility to analyze to society about the training quality of UE.

Being is the first university in the whole country externally assessed and certified the standard quality university quality standards by a Vietnamese independent testing organizationis not only the event marking an important turning point in the development but also a solid foundation to continuously improve the teaching and learning quality of UE .
On behalf of the leader of MOET, Vice Minister Bui Van Ga praised the results which staffs, lecturers and students of UE - UD had been achieved.

Vice Minister Bui Van Ga emphasized that results which UE - UD achieved not only mark the development of UE but also show the development of the Vietnamese higher education system.
