The expert delegation had a preliminary survey at University of Science and Technology – The University of Danang (UST – UD) (Apr 8 2016)


In the morning of April 7th, 2016 the expert delegation of Center for Education Accreditation  - Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VEA – VNU) conducted the preliminary investigation at UST – UD to prepare for the official survey process according to the process of the higher education quality assessment of MOET
 
MA. Ta Thi Thu Hien, Vice Director of CEA – VNU,
supervisor introduced objectives, contents of the survey and composition of the expert delegation.
 
The delegation including: Prof. Banh Tien Long – Leader, Dr. Nguyen Thi Thu Huong – Secretary, Assoc. Prof. Nguyen Tien Dung – Standing Member and MA. Ta Thi Thu Hien – Vice Director of CEA – VNU – Supervisor.
 

In the preliminary investigations, the expert delegation had worked with the self-evaluation Board of UST, Head of Offices of UST, Secretariat and the Task Force with the main contents as follows:
- The expert delegation reported the results of the self-assessment records, informed the official survey and the requirements of facilities with the logistics which UST needs to prepare for the official survey;
- Discuss the issues UST needs to prepare: documents should be added; the quantity and composition of respondents;
- Discuss to unite the schedule of  official survey;
- Visit and check some places where UST has to prepare for the official survey such as working rooms, interview rooms, lounge, ...;
- Check the proved dossier;

At the end of the preliminary investigation, representatives of CEA – VNU, leader of the expert delegation and Rector of UST – UD signed a memorandum confirming the preliminary survey. The time of the official survey will take place from May 7th, 2016 to May 11th, 2016.
