“During the recent time, UD has constantly improved the internal quality assurance system, enhanced capability of staff working in educational quality assurance.
So far, UD has 26 officers granted with accreditor training certifications at University and training program level, in which 12 staff were issued accreditor card; 11 officers have completed training course for curriculum assessment under AUN - QA standards with certifications by AUN Secretariat; many other officers participated and completed the training course on building and development of training programs under CDIO, ABET, ...” shared Prof. Tran Van Nam

In 2015, UD’s members also completed a self-assessment report and have been in the process of waiting for external evaluation, in which the University of Education - UD was honored as the first university in the country to be evaluated by a Center for Education Quality Accreditation. In parallel, UD also conducted internal evaluation on educational quality of all members. This was the environment for the staff working in educational quality assurance of UD to express and improve capacity, gradually increase the skills of external evaluation for higher education institution.
On that basis, UD has bravely submitted scheme for establishment of Center for Education Accreditation to serve the urgent needs on assessment and accreditation of higher education institutions in the Central Highlands and the whole country; while performing the task of training and fostering human resources working in the field of assessment, assurance and accreditation of educational quality; contributing to building a culture of quality accreditation of education in Vietnam " – said President of UD.

Ministry of Education and Training has been expeditiously completed the national qualifications framework and recognized as equal as with the frame of the ASEAN Community.
